Information We Store:




We collect the following types of information during the user sign up or collect as and when required.

• Phone Number: Used as your username and for authentication purposes.
• Full Name: For personalized interactions and service.
• Email Address: Used for password recovery, account recovery, and sending trip invoices..
• Contacts: We store a single contact number (designated by the user) for emergency purposes during the trip.
• Location: We access your precise location to notify nearby drivers for bid submissions and track your trip until completion. Once the trip is finished, all route details are deleted except for the source and destination points.



Requesting Account Deletion:




If you would like to delete your Cruze account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a Request Email us at admin@cruze.asia to initiate the deletion process. A line would helpful if you can tell us the reason for requesting the account deletion. That helps us to server better.
2. Processing Time: We will process your request within 10 business working days.
3. Verification: Our team will verify your identity and confirm the deletion.



Data Deleted




Upon receiving a deletion request, we will immediately delete the following:


• User details such as phone number, email address, full name and emergency contact number.
  

• Trip history, including all trips created by the user.
  

• User settings and preferences.
  




Data Retained




We will retain the unique identification number of the user for accounting purposes. This is necessary due to dependencies related to payments and trip history with drivers.
